My name is Kelsey and I am a certified Macro Coach. I have always loved nutrition and have had a passion to help friends and family reach their health goals. I decided to get fully certified so I can help women everywhere feel confident in their own skin.
I earned my degree in Biology and that fueled my strong passion for not only nutrition but the science behind macros.
As a September 2023 Bride, I decided to do a 3-month cut that I documented on my instagram page. Not only did I accomplish my cut goals, but I gained confidence and many valuable lessons that I want to share with you.
